Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa

Kiko was especially great. We met him on our first day, and he kept an eye out for us the whole trip, bringing our luggage up, giving advice on excursions and transportation, and chatting whenever we passed through the main lobby. The staff were unbelievably kind in general. I went for spring break with two friends, and this hotel was ideal: delicious food and drinks, plus a location within walking distance of the downtown clubs. I loved my stay!

The pool chairs are already hard to find, so removing rows on certain days made it worse. The rooms were mostly quiet, though the halls carry the noise from a few loud guests who don’t seem to care if they disturb anyone. Still, I’d stay here again. The food selection was good for meals and snacks, and the fresh fruit at every restaurant was really good. Breakfast omelettes made to order were excellent, and the coconut ice cream at cravings was some of the best I’ve ever had. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the resort was clean, and the staff were friendly. The entertainment was good sometimes and just okay at others. Drinks were cold and fresh, and the mini fridge was stocked every day.

With kids aged 1 and 3, we found the hotel’s manageable size perfect. Everything was within walking distance for them, and there was always something happening, with lots of kids’ entertainment. We loved the food, especially the Italian restaurant, where we had almost every dinner. There was a great range of food and drinks, and plenty of entertainment, so there was no chance to get bored. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beach was very clean, with blue, warm water. Our children got sick, and the staff were supportive, offering late checkout so we could stay in the room longer. We also tried room service for an extra $10 delivery fee, and it was great. It was clear the staff and management were trying to create a fun, exciting, and caring experience. Thanks so much, Sunscape. Money well spent. 🤗❤️

Our family had a wonderful time at Sunscape Cancun Resort, and we’d happily return. The kids loved the pool and waterslides, which had options for different ages and sizes, and the candy shop became another favorite stop. There was plenty to keep them entertained, making it a very family-friendly resort. The beach had soft sand and clear water. On some days the waves were quite big, so swimming was limited to a smaller designated area, but it was still enjoyable and well managed. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to make the trip special. Food exceeded our expectations. The à la carte restaurants we tried were excellent, with good quality and variety. The buffet was the best-tasting resort buffet we’ve had, with fresh, flavorful food and plenty of options. Drinks were fantastic too, with lots to choose from and consistently good preparation. We’d highly recommend Sunscape Cancun Resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing, memorable vacation.
