We had the best time. Shadia and Ivan, our butlers, helped us sort out all the benefits included in our package and kept checking that everything was meeting our expectations.

Alex was a great butler and took care of anything we needed. The pool servers, including Jesus, were right on top of things, and Playmakers did a great job as usual. We had another great trip.

We come to Temptations for the lively party scene and friendly people, and we'll be back. Some people think it's a swingers resort, but that's not how I'd describe it. It's a playground for adults. Ivan is our favorite butler, he's the best. We had Shadia as a butler on this last trip too, and she was awesome. We'll ask for both of them again next time.

Mike and Lili at the pool were so sweet and helpful. VIP Host Esparza was really attentive, too. This resort is amazing, and it's the only place I'd book when I visit Cancun. 10/10, thanks!

Azul and Alex did so much to make sure we had a fantastic trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll be requesting them from now on!
