There’s plenty of room to sleep and the AC worked well in every room. It felt safe, though the neighborhood is busy and cramped. Supplies were lacking, including toiletries, kitchen utensils, and drinkware.

Everything was great and really comfortable. The security guard went the extra mile to make sure we left satisfied.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came in a range of sizes, from small to large. We were traveling as a group and really liked the place. The kitchen was one of the useful shared areas, and the welcome felt warm. I’d add hammocks, but it’s a very nice place overall.

The pool looked nice at first, but its pump wasn’t running and the water sat stagnant for days. After we asked, the filter was switched on briefly, which didn’t seem sufficient. A pool in the sun without regular filtering or chlorination can be a breeding ground for bacteria. We also had repeated problems with the rooms, even though we checked out and rebooked several times hoping to get fresh cleaning, sheets, and towels. The linens were the same and still had visible stains. In room 01, water kept pooling in the shower because the door’s rubber seal was missing. We were moved to room 301 the next day, but it smelled musty, the bedding wasn’t fresh, and the AC barely cooled the room even at 16°C. The toilet stopped working properly that evening and was completely blocked by morning, full of feces, though we hadn’t flushed any toilet paper. Later, we saw severe mold in room 02’s bathroom, and we’ll upload pictures. Communication was very difficult because the staff member on site didn’t speak English. We had to repeat simple questions, like asking for fresh towels, several times before getting an answer. In the evenings, he played videos or music loudly on his phone, and it could be heard clearly in rooms 1 and 2, making it hard to have any peace. We were also accused of taking two towels, which was absurd. We had suitcases and a rental car and no interest in the towels. It turned out they had never been given to us. The promised 10% discount on a future booking for leaving a review never arrived either. After several days of these problems, this was a very disappointing stay. The place has potential, but it doesn’t deliver reliable service or cleanliness. Anyone who cares about those things, or peace and quiet, should avoid booking here. We’ll post pictures of the mold, dirty bedding, and broken toilet.
