Casa Monarca

They're crooks. They wouldn't return my money like they said they would. Really disappointing.

Casa Monarca gave us a great vacation, and I plan to come back many times. It has what you need for this area: air conditioning, warm shower water, a large pool with room-temperature water, and a kitchenette with basic utensils, though there's no microwave. The pool is warm in summer, but I can't speak to other seasons. It's very close to the beach for children and about three blocks from the beach for adults. I hope the government gets the main street paved with cobblestones or whatever works, gets rid of the smelly wells, and puts in sewage systems for the town.

We were very comfortable and would come back, why not? Still, the service needs work. The staff never came by or called to ask if we needed anything, though the gardener was very friendly. We stayed in the Eclipse Bungalow, and the main bed creaked so loudly you couldn't have a romantic moment. There was no hot water in the shower, so I had to wash with cold water. Please improve the customer service.

The house is lovely and in a really good location. The beds creak a bit and the pool is cold, but otherwise everything was excellent. Service was super nice, and the lady was very attentive 🥰👌
