We’ve stayed in the cabins twice already, and I’d happily go again. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot. We even found a little frog near our cabin, which we loved. Excellent place 👍

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabins and will be back soon. Everything was excellent: the place was clean, the staff were great, the beds were very comfortable, and there was always hot water for showers. Thanks so much for the hospitality. Highly recommend it!

Cabin 1 was nice, especially its temazcal bath. The fireplaces were well ventilated and really nice. For a small group, I’d recommend using the shared grill and fire pit area.

It felt like each cabin was an extension of the main house, with such personal attention. I think we may even have taken advantage of their patience without wearing it out. They gave excellent tips for enjoying Chignahuapan, and the place is very safe, right by the highway. Thanks for all the kindness and privacy.

The location is great, the road noise is barely audible, and the stars are beautiful. Room service is available, which is handy if you forgot something and don’t want to go out, but the prices can be a bit much. A liter of cheap milk costs 50 pesos. Service was good, and the rooms are nice, simple, and rustic. Cleanliness was just so-so. The worst part was the mice: they made enough noise at night to keep me awake. WiFi and cable worked well. I liked the place, but I wouldn’t return because the construction lets mice get in :s 😵
