We could hear lobby music in our room at night through the thin walls, and I eventually had to get up and ask reception to switch it off. Dust or dust mites also seemed to be a serious issue: my partner and I both had very congested airways after the first night, making sleep difficult. The beds weren’t comfortable either. Still, the shared areas were pleasant and open, the hotel is extremely well located, and the staff were nice. Service was very good and the price reasonable, so I’d give it three stars.

From the top floor, we had lovely rooftop views of the cathedrals. Our vehicle was parked safely in front of the hotel, with overnight security and a nice gentleman there. Mansion Azul is modern, clean, and pretty, with all the facilities we needed. It’s ideally located around the corner from the Zocalo arches and restaurants. The staff were lovely, especially the friendly, helpful reception team, whose suggestions for places to visit worked well for us.

Everything we wanted to see was walkable, including attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. The building has an elevator and a restaurant on site. Our room was spacious, fantastic, and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. We had a great weekend here and would stay again. Highly recommended!

The view was good and service was good too. It’s very safe and close to everything, and having its own mini split was nice. The thin walls were the downside, since we could hear neighbors entering their rooms.

I won’t book here again. There were hairs on both beds when I checked the first room, so I told the receptionist and got moved. The replacement room had more hairs on the bed.
