We stayed for a month while my husband went through his process, and everyone was kind and helpful. Mary, our housekeeper, was wonderful: friendly, kept our suite clean, and treated us like family. The security staff were attentive, and the taxi drivers were helpful too, especially José Luis. The restaurant servers were really nice.

The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous, and the hotel stayed very clean despite having lots of people there every day. We spent eight nights at Hotel Conquistador, and the staff did what they could to make us comfortable, especially with our immigration matters. After a bad experience at a local "Casa de huespedes," the attention and service here felt like being at home. The rooms and location worked well for us too. The whole team deserves thanks for making our stay such a good one. We'd come back and recommend it, based on our own experience.

I stayed for a month and a week, and the people working here were really nice. The customer service was good and the rooms were clean. Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant made my stay even better. Thanks to Dona gullie, Dona Mary, and the chefs, the food was amazing. Miguel, the taxi guy, helped too. I'd recommend this hotel to lots of people and hope to see everyone again. Thanks for everything.

Getting around for our consulate appointments was easy, with everything about an 8-10 minute walk away. The cleaning staff came every morning and did a great job. When the TV stopped getting channels one day, maintenance came right up, replaced it, and had things working within minutes. We had a great stay.

A shuttle is available to take you to the consulate, and there's a little store with what you need, plus a layer office. I liked being able to sit and spend time on the lobby couches. The parking was guarded all the time, and the hotel and its friendly cleaning staff were great. This was the best hotel we've stayed at.
