We came to Juárez for a two-week visit to the U.S. Consulate, and the Holiday Inn Juárez made it one of our most memorable hotel stays. We left grateful for the staff and with some new friendships, and hope to return to both the hotel and the Sion community. The on-site Christian church, Sion, was a special part of the visit. Pastors Jose and Lily Crispin and the congregation made attending services meaningful and uplifting. The hotel itself felt secure, with spacious, well-kept rooms. The Consulate was about a 10-minute drive away, and shops, restaurants, and Central Park were within walking distance. Everyone made us feel welcome. At the desk, Raul, Hayde, and Viviana were attentive and warm. Drivers Rufino and Gilberto were courteous, professional, and knew the area well. Their understanding of the consular process and kindness made all our trips easier and less stressful. The restaurant team served good meals, and Blanca and Edith in housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable throughout. The staff as a whole gave us service that felt five-star.

The buffet food was okay, and the bar should stay open later since it closes too early. Besides that, it was a good stay. The place is great, and the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean too.

I was here for consulate business, and everyone was so polite. The food was great, and the cleaning ladies were absolute sweethearts. God bless them. I'd come back if I'm ever in the area.

Breakfast was a highlight. The servers were so welcoming and kept bringing us coffee or orange juice as needed. Room service was good too, and the price felt fair. I'd definitely come back if I needed to.

This has been awful so far. My fiancée booked three nights, but they only reserved two. On the third night, she couldn't get into her room because the booking had ended. She also got left out on the street after taking the hotel transport to the CAS. The driver said he'd wait, but when she came out he was gone. She called the hotel and got put on hold without anyone answering. They also sent the driver to the wrong Holiday Inn, since there are two, and that made her late for her appointment. When I called customer support, the woman tried to sell me a TIMESHARE. This was my first time using Holiday Inn, and I won't use them again or recommend their services. There's more, but I'm too angry to keep going.
