The breakfast was the best part, and it came included. I stayed for a week in Veracruz and found the hotel really comfortable, with staff who were happy to help.

A lovely spot to get some rest. Really glad I stayed here.

The location is good, but the restaurant feels understaffed. Everyone seems to be covering several jobs instead of having someone assigned to each area, and that setup needs more thought. They also really don't know how to make quesadillas.

The staff gave very good service, and the place was clean. A very good stay.

The location is hard to beat, and the rooms are comfortable. Parking is underground, and breakfast is both tasty and included.
