The rooms and shared spaces have a lovely feel to them. It's a well-maintained hotel set in a very old building.

Aside from the noise, our stay was great. The rooms don't block sound, which makes sense in such an old building, but we had loud neighbors, church noise and street traffic, and there's a hospital nearby.

The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really tasty. This traditional-style hotel in Coatepec was spotless, with lovely rooms, decor and atmosphere. Free parking was available too. I had an amazing stay and would come back.

The location is quiet and close to everything good in Coatepec, right in downtown Coatepec, in a "Pueblo Magico". It's a lovely rustic place with a nice touch, and I like it. Some rooms are very large, while others are quite small, and the beds are firm. Breakfast is simple but nice.
