Being just two blocks from the city center makes the location handy, with lots of places to go nearby. The workers were extremely nice, and the service was good enough that I'd give it five stars on that alone. There's private parking, but no internet, which I'd like them to add. My room was on the small side, with air conditioning and an old dinosaur of a TV. The bathroom was okay and the room had some nice details. That's my take, trying to be fair.

Fabiola knows her stuff, is helpful, and always greets me with a smile. I've stayed at Hotel Dinastia many times, and she always points me in the right direction. I just love her, and I'll definitely come back to Hotel Dinastia.

I sadly found out today that it's no longer operating. Hotel Dinastia was my favorite in Colima, and Mrs. Nena, Bella, and Ale always gave me the best service. 🥲

For the price, it does the job. The room was small and basic, but very clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The woman at reception was really kind. The building feels a little neglected, and the facilities are somewhat old. It used to be a hospital, and you can still feel that atmosphere. There's no hotel parking, though there's a public lot across the street.

The service and attention are excellent, but the TV channels never work. It's closed now...
