Ruby was SO helpful with us confused gringos when we needed help with Wi-Fi and streaming. The room was great, with a window facing the square, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

The service was good, the rooms were very clean, and the customer service was very good too. The location is perfect, with everything close by.

There's a closet, bathroom, mini-split air conditioner, and desk, so it's a decent place to sleep and little beyond that. No hot water or breakfast. They do take credit cards and can provide invoices. You get what you pay for.
