The included breakfast is cooked for you and makes this a better deal. The hotel has nice amenities and feels modern and cool. Service was impeccable, with some of the kindest, most attentive staff I've met in the hotel industry in a while. The employees meet the highest gold standard for service and kindness.

The breakfast schedule didn't work for us. It's not available until 8 am, and we expected 7 am like at other hotels in the area. When we came down later one morning, neither the breakfast nor the coffee was ready, so we had to buy food elsewhere. Parking fits maybe five cars comfortably without blocking anyone, and one morning we couldn't get out until the person behind us came down. This is a nice choice for a family leisure stay, but not for business if you need to be somewhere early. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

The location is convenient, two streets from zocalo, and we enjoyed the view from Terraza. They let us check in around 10 am and check out at 1, which felt unusually friendly. The bed was the softest I've had in MX, the bathroom was so nice I wish I had one like it at home, and breakfast was included and fantastic. There was absolutely nothing wrong. There's a small exercise room with two treadmills and two ellipticals, with plans to make it a little bigger in the rear, plus a nice grassy area and bicycle rentals. The weather is among the best in the world, at 5k ft altitude in the tropics. The town of comitan is known as a pueblo magico, and Ciflon/vela de novia waterfall is about 40 minutes away. Wonderful, everything great!
