Creel's downtown strip is a handy spot, with restaurants and shops an easy walk away. The staff were very friendly, and they offer tours to places like Cusarare waterfall, Lake Arareco, and many other sites. Breakfast is delicious and included. It's a very nice hotel.

It was a bad experience: poor service, unclean rooms, and dirty restrooms. Not good at all. If you go to Creel, stay somewhere else. There are better options, and you can ask me which ones so I can recommend a place.

I went in summer 2017. Waking up to the beautiful mountains and a white horse was like being in a movie. Breakfast buffet came with the room, and Doña's chilaquiles are tasty. I went back for more.

I didn't stay here, but the restaurant's breakfast was fantastic. Generous portions, coffee and sweet bread included, and friendly service.
