The photos make the place look great, but most rooms are tiny. Only the “cabin” shown in the pictures fits 10 people; the rest are much smaller. Service was disappointing, with no shampoo or bath soap, and Wi-Fi that only worked in the lobby and didn't reach our room. We had to ask for towels, too. In winter the gas ran out, so the little room heater stopped working. The place felt dirty, and breakfast was very mediocre. I'd look elsewhere.

Naomi and her team were so kind, and we plan to stay again when we're back. The staff looked after us throughout our visit, and even when large groups arrived, service stayed just as attentive as it had been when there were only two of us. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and breakfast was included. It's outside central Creel, but they drive guests to and from the hotel, so that wasn't an issue. They also arrange tours, and everything felt very safe. I visited in May, when the property had new management and was being renovated, with new rooms.

In February 2024, we got a terrible room. The bed was dirty, the room was very cold, and the heating barely helped. There were holes in the ceiling, and the gas heater was freezing cold, so it clearly couldn't be left on. The shower didn't have hot water until the next day. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

The rooms are on the small side, but they were really comfortable. The views are incredible, and I'd definitely come back.

The owners of the cabin took great care of everything and were very attentive. Waking up to that mountain view was spectacular.
