The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. The pool is large and clean as well. You’re close to the main tourist attractions. There’s an Oxxo convenience store three blocks away, and a restaurant with lunch and set meals four blocks away.

I stay here for work, and I really enjoy how peaceful and quiet it is. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and quick to help. They don’t clean rooms every day, but they’re attentive if you ask for anything. The internet has always worked for me before, though it failed this time. I hope they sort it out soon.

It’s very quiet at night, the area feels safe, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the historic center. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are comfortable enough for sleeping, though quite dark, and the place looks a little different from the photos. Construction is still going on, and the parking area isn’t clearly marked. Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms, and there’s a lot of noise between rooms late into the night.

We found the place comfortable and welcoming, and the service was good. We booked through Airbnb, but the receptionist seemed a little confused about which room to give us and the Wi-Fi password. The shower was somewhat tricky to use. We parked outside and had no problems. Those are small details, though, so just be patient.
