Don't let them give you room 5. It was incredibly hot, like being inside my grandma's oven, and it had no windows. The ceiling fan barely moved and looked like it was about to fall off; the wall fan blew only one way because the rotor didn't work. You could feel the bed springs, too. In the common area, the pool table was warped in the middle, so the balls kept rolling back to the center. They kept putting chlorine in the pool, but the water was still so green that we got an ear infection. The caretaker brought his daughter, grandson, and a gun, played music loudly, and didn't let us rest. He was always shirtless, like he was at the beach, which was unpleasant. We left after two days, and there was nobody to leave the keys with because the morning guy seemed lost. The rooms are cheap, and we found out why the hard way. The place is run down and looks nothing like the photos. I don't recommend it, unless you want to learn the hard way.

I stayed three nights and never saw anyone clean the pool. The gym is a joke, and the pool table is tilted so you can't play properly. If all you need is somewhere to arrive and sleep, it works. The rooms and bathroom are clean, which is the main thing, but the rest of the place is extremely run down and austere. At this price, I suppose that's what you can expect. Don't come expecting luxury or anything fancy.

Terrible service. I went to check in at 6 pm and was told the room wasn't ready. I politely said I understood and would come back later. When I returned at 10:30 pm, Mr. Rogelio, who seemed drunk, reluctantly handed over my keys. While we waited at reception, we saw a snake. When we complained, he said he'd give it to us for dinner. We asked to speak to the manager, who washed his hands of it and said check-in starts at 3:00 PM. That's technically true, but I'd already given them a three-hour grace period, so how much more time was I meant to allow? They rudely refused to return my deposit, saying they weren't denying me the room, which was only partly true since their reception board clearly says check-in is at 3:00 PM. They also pointed to their WhatsApp message saying 3:00 PM, so again, how long was I expected to wait? The hotel looks bad and is poorly maintained, and the staff are incompetent. The one good part was the young women who greeted us warmly and served us. I really appreciate their attention, though I don't know their names. I just got back from a family vacation, and we had expected to relax and enjoy ourselves. Instead, everything was dirty and dusty, so my family and I had to clean the place before we could wait and sit down. The website advertising is false: it lists a grill, lounge area, pool table, and pool, but the pool was dirty, the table was dusty and covered in cobwebs, and everything was crooked. They also charge to use the grill, play music, and even let kids use the trampoline. From Saturday morning until dawn, the manager was drinking. There's also a man who I think lives there, and he was rude. Knowing families with kids were staying there, he still walked around in his underwear. I didn't like that.
