The pool is only a little warm. Since it uses solar panels, it may feel cold in the cooler months, with just a small warmer area at one end. That part really comes down to what you like. 🥶🫠 We were allowed to keep our room until 4:00 PM, which was considerate after we got back from a wedding around midnight or a bit later and nearly got locked out. The manager was wonderful, 10/10. The place itself is nice, though finding it was tricky in the residential area because there are no signs outside. When we booked, nobody got in touch, so we wondered if it might be a scam. It wasn't! 😮💨 The place was nearly empty when we arrived. If you're booking, I'd check in earlier or contact them ahead of time to avoid any problems with the police. 👮♂️🤭 😉

The room needs a little upkeep. A bathroom hook for clothes was coming loose, the TV had a magenta tint the whole time, and its picture never looked normal. Charging a phone or reaching the light switch was awkward because both were behind the headboard. A power strip would help. The gardens are lovely, though, and the service was attentive, courteous, and excellent. The property itself is beautiful.

The staff made our stay feel like being at home. They were always ready to help with what guests needed, and the food was delicious. The place was spectacular too. We can't wait to come back soon!
