Hotel Maoiris has become my second home after 27 years of traveling to Mexico by car. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, AC, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, and free wifi. We also ate at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and their margaritas are the best in Mexico.

Great food, service, and room. My one concern is the main door opens too easily, so it's not kid friendly. Kids could open it and leave the room while their parents are asleep.

We were moving a long distance with 4 Cats and pulled in close to the garage door. The cats mostly slept under the car. We paid for 12 hours, and the bed was pretty good.

It's easy to get on and off the bypass, making this a good stop on a trip north or south. Parking is secure and excellent, and the restaurant is fair. It was 7 hours from La Penita, with another 7 to Sam Carlos.

Right off the highway, and they accept big dogs too. OXXO is close by if you want to get beers.
