The exterior looks nice, but there wasn't much else to like. The room was cheap, which may suit someone looking for a low price, but it was in poor shape. A window was broken and didn't seal, so street noise came right in. The carpet was stained, there was no shower head or door, and water splashed across the bathroom. The toilet barely flushed, and I think it flooded the bathroom in the morning. The front desk called a cab and said it would be 80 pesos, but we paid 200 pesos to get to the airport. I forgot to take photos of the room.

Clean and safe. I'd give it five stars overall.

The room was extremely basic, with no hand soap and just one towel. Worst of all, there was no water. We reported it at reception and were told they were already fixing it, but it never came back. There's no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. A terrible experience. I won't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. It also felt like a family-friendly place.
