The shared spaces are superb, the location is great, and the WiFi is fast. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water, and laundry facilities are available. Marcela and Lulu made this hostel feel like staying with family. The staff are bilingual, which helped me, and they had great suggestions for local activities. They were always willing to help. Great value for money, and if I’m in Durango again, I’d stay here without question.

This has been the most memorable place of my trip so far. The hostel is affordable, with rooms available to rent, and it’s thoughtfully designed and decorated with all the comforts you could need. The staff were especially good, professional and incredibly friendly.

My daughter and I shared a private double room with a shared bathroom. For the price, the accommodation was fantastic. The hostel feels quaint and professional, and the owners are friendly and helpful. There’s a kitchen, markets nearby, and lots of places to eat out. Ask the hostess for suggestions, they’re all yummy!

The bathroom was clean, though it could use repairs, and the other parts of the hostel were nice. The private room left a lot to be desired compared with private rooms at other hostels I’ve stayed at in Mexico. Alejandra was friendly and great, and I wish she’d been the one to check me in.

I spent more than two weeks here, and it’s one of my best memories of Mexico. Alejandra and DaeYi are terrific people. Just watch out for DaeYi’s Madden skills, and for cute English brujas.
