Pure Baja-Entire Estate Sleeps 19

I came to PBS&R looking for some quiet and relaxation, and that's just what I got. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nicely decorated, and everything I needed was provided. I didn't use the beautiful infinity pool this time, but I can see enjoying it on a future trip. The property seems thoughtfully designed to suit many kinds of stays, and I wouldn't change a thing. Depending on your mood, there are different ways to spend your time here. I'd suggest staying several days to explore the nearby areas, and I hope to return to PBS&R for another great visit.

We came with a school group of high-school students and teachers, and the owners were helpful and accommodating throughout. We used the yoga room for group meetings and spent time at the pool as well. The villa is beautiful and looks just like the photos, with a clean, refreshing pool and well-kept grounds. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, with the amenities we needed, including a fridge, plates, and silverware for the whole group. There are fridges and coffee makers in the rooms, comfortable beds, and fresh drinking water available. We hope to come back on our next trip.

Shaina made the whole stay feel amazing. The rooms were clean, nice, and laid out well, and the property itself is gorgeous. The pool was clean, cold, and refreshing. We can't wait to return!

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, but several problems made my retreat stay disappointing. Highway traffic was extremely loud day and night, and I needed earplugs to sleep, which I hadn't expected in a retreat setting. I also couldn't use the BBQ because the gas tank had the wrong fitting, and no alternative was offered. It was frustrating to have planned meals around something that didn't work. At checkout I left my Bose headphones and phone charger in the room. I contacted the property and followed up several times, asking them to speak directly with the person who serviced the room. The items were never found or returned, and the last text I received felt dismissive. Losing my things that way was disheartening. I appreciate the offer of a discount on a future stay, but I won't be coming back. I hope they improve how they handle lost items, check that amenities work, and reduce the noise for guests. The place has potential, but the details matter.
