The setting is pretty, and El Valle’s nature is beautiful, but for a first visit they charged as if everything were fully finished. I’d suggest checking the cleaning details. The shower water never drained, which was uncomfortable.

We had to leave because the place felt so unhygienic. It was flooded and damp, with dead animals and everything seemed terribly dirty. The bathroom, towels, and bed were all horrible. Even finding the place was difficult, and once we got inside, the whole experience was awful.
