We arrived in mid-November to find no heaters, even though they advertise having them. We were told they aren't put out until December. It was 40 degrees and so cold that staying there was impossible, so we messaged the property right away asking for a full refund. We left within five minutes without touching anything, but they refused to return our money. The manager wasn't helpful either. They also told us the heaters are gas, which could be toxic with the property's plastic siding. Booking.com offered just $60 back from the $380 we lost. The owner wouldn't refund us even though the advertised heaters weren't there and the place was impossible to stay in. Renters, beware. It's unfortunate they wouldn't refund us in good faith.

The sunrise and the views were my favorite part, and we ended up sleeping well. It has a lovely atmosphere, but keep in mind this is glamping, not a hotel. There’s running water, a toilet, a heater and cold air, which is nice, though the dome heats up or cools down quickly. Communication with Edu was almost nonexistent. Bring the right clothes and you can still have a great time.
