The restaurant food was delicious, made to order, and the service there was great. Staff elsewhere were pleasant and helpful too. The rooms were clean, but the sliding door was stuck and hard to open, and its screen door had come off the rail. The shower designs are pretty, though there are no doors, so after three of us showered, water had spread all the way to the bathroom door even with towels on the floor. At the pool, adults stayed until late and their kids ran around outside, played on the stairs, and shouted. I couldn't tell where staff were, but nobody said anything to them.

Loved this hotel. It was quiet and friendly, right in the heart of Ensenada, with food, some clubs, and the pier nearby. The staff were AMAZING. Salvador was simply awesome and made us feel right at home, and the cleaning ladies were so nice too. We'll definitely come back.

Carolina is a wonderful manager and concierge, and Estrella is terrific in the dining room. They were helpful and thoughtful in answering all our questions. Nice place near Ensenada's main tourist area.

La Pinta was my choice this time, though I usually stay around the corner. The newly remodeled rooms were comfortable and nice, and I liked having a balcony. The shower got super hot and had plenty of pressure. Thanks for a good stay. See you guys again!

We booked through Agoda and were really pleased. The hotel is nice, and our room was very clean, with a western AC and security shades over the windows. We hadn't realized where in Ensenada it was, so we were surprised by how much was nearby: a park across the street, an OXXO mini mart, a steakhouse, burger shop, taco shop, potato restaurant, casino, and more. It's about a three-minute walk to Old Downtown Ensenada and around ten minutes to Downtown.
