It’s affordable and clean, and the employees are very friendly. For what you pay, it’s about what you’d expect. The big advantage is being just a block from the strip. There’s no heater or AC. You have to park outside in their small private lot, though you can park inside during the day.
I stayed overnight with my family. The rooms were clean, and the service was good, though the place was nothing fancy. The night felt strange: I had bad dreams and woke up feeling like someone else was in the room. At first I thought it was just me, but everyone in the family had bad dreams too. Kind of spooky, but still a nice place to spend the night.

I paid $75 for the luxury room, though based on comparable places with the same amenities and condition, I’d expect it to cost $25. It felt like a total rip-off. The TV was an old CRT with no buttons, there was no AC, and the paint and finish were in really bad shape. The shower had weak water flow, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. It was a very bad experience. I can’t imagine what the regular room is like, and I wish I could give this minus stars.
The price was good, it was clean, and the employees were very kind. We had a corner room that got really hot, with not much air coming in. The fan did help, though.
