Oasis 444

The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and we had such a good time relaxing, enjoying delicious wine and amazing food. It felt magical. Great for couples or families, and we loved it enough to book another stay already! 😊

The cabins look like the pictures, and the on-site staff were wonderful. It's peaceful, and the location is okay for getting to things to do. But I can't recommend staying here. The cabins don't seem maintained for guests, and one thing after another went wrong. We had dirty sheets, a gas stove that would ignite randomly, and no running water for over 12 hours at one point. We ended up going to local restaurants to use the restroom, which was unacceptable even at this price. The wifi never worked either. The road to the hotel is rough, especially in rain, so drive very carefully unless you have a 4x4. Rough roads are common in Valle De Guadalupe, though, so that by itself isn't my complaint. The office was slow to respond when I reached out, and I had to wait for the on-site staff to arrive at work to get help. They offered a bottle of wine and a cheeseboard to make up for the trouble, but we never received those either. Extremely disappointing. Stay somewhere else so it doesn't ruin your trip.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Our cabin was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. A great place to get away and relax, and we'll definitely return.

We only ended up at Oasis444 because the hotel we booked for a wedding was oversold, and this sister hotel upgraded us. I'm so glad they did. It was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and everyone was friendly. I'd love to come back, but I couldn't find it on AirBnB. Since I didn't book directly, I need to work out how to return.
