Francisco, who lives and works there, was great, and the price was good. The place is modern and very clean. The bathroom was frustrating: after every flush I had to push the bulb down, and the shower only got properly hot with very low pressure. At full hot-water pressure it was just warm. The lights were an intense white, almost blue, like a hospital. Unless you book the “Mountain View” room, you may get a very dark room with hardly any natural light. Ours felt like a little cave. A big window with that incredible view would've made us forget the other flaws.

It's a really cute place in a beautiful location, and everything is clean and well cared for. The host responds quickly, and there's someone on the property if you need anything. I just wish the room I stayed in had a thicker curtain.

We came from Los Angeles for a wedding, and my wife and I stayed in this nice, secluded little cabin. The mountain range view was lovely. Francisco, the groundskeeper, was there to make our stay more pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to el valle de guadalupe.
