After flying in from California, we reached the front gate at 8:45 for the room we'd booked a month earlier. It was shut, and no one answered the phone. We called about six times and got voicemail, then spent two hours knocking and calling out without getting anywhere. We eventually called another hotel, “Hotel Quinta Azul.” They sent someone to pick us up and take us there, which saved us. This was a horrible experience. DONOT BOOK HERE.

The morning breakfast was delicious, and the staff did a great job. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with modern, well-designed bathrooms. It's in a quiet area too. Just bring your own towel.

Quiet and pleasant, with hot water. It's also near the main exits, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

They don't answer the phone, and they won't honor free cancellations. The advertising is misleading, and the service is terrible.

I started coming back on my trips and have become a regular. The hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the service is very good. Everything was excellent again.
