The rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff gave excellent service. I got to know one of the executives, Rodrigo, who made me feel welcome and comfortable. I'd definitely return.

Family-size rooms and they welcome pets, right near everything you might want to see or do in Guadalajara. Alfonso, Omar and the rest of the staff were absolutely super about making sure guests were doing well and enjoying their stay. Thanks, everyone!

We had a great time here. The room price is one of the best things about the hotel, and I'd recommend getting one with a balcony. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset and see part of Guadalajara's old downtown. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance, and the location is hard to beat.

This was my third visit in 31 months. The location is great, and the price is the main reason I stay, but I can't get a refund to leave. There's no internet in the rooms, and last year the system wasn't like this. The equipment and setup seem old and poor for a steel and cement building. I've had to chase staff for clean towels and ask repeatedly for proper room cleaning. I even bought cleaning supplies, a mop, and a broom so they wouldn't use theirs, but they still do when I bring guests. I called ahead and was told my room was ready, then arrived to find them rushing to clean it. Nothing on the website seems true. Jesus, Miguel, and the owner try, but it hasn't helped. They don't take care of even tiny, inexpensive repairs, like a broken towel rack, a cracked tile, a toilet paper holder, or a light cover. I only keep coming because of the price, and because they won't refund me so I can leave.
