The bathroom was very small, and the spacious room could easily have made room for a bigger one. The kitchen also needed a better clean and more supplies, like coffee and black tea. There was stale leftover food in the fridge and cups in the sink that should have been cleared out. The rooms themselves were very clean, spacious, and beautiful, with a comfortable bed. The common areas were nice, clean, and roomy. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 30-minute walk from the city center. I recommend staying here.

Clean and organized, with a great location. There was a 7-11, tacos, and a cafe nearby, a nice spot for coffee and breakfast. A beautiful church was down the street too. I recommend this place.

A quiet, comfortable place with large rooms and a good kitchen. The hosts were really nice and helpful, and the Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Prime TV were excellent. I’d come back!

Casa corazón’s location puts you right among Guadalajara’s best spots while the street itself is so quiet it feels like the country. Barrio Santa Teresita, with its great food and markets, is a few blocks away. Americas, Providencia, and Chapultepecs main avenue are all walkable, and there are supermarkets, 711, restaurants, and tacos close by. We walked seven minutes to Santa Teresita for Japanese food one night. We’re a married professional couple traveling and working in Mexico for three and a half months, and we’re staying here for about a month. We would have stayed longer if we’d known about it sooner. The owners make you feel welcome and take care to make your stay easy and comfortable. Security is good and convincing. This place checks all the boxes for us, and there aren’t many that do. It’s a renovated house with four tiled habitaciones. Each has an ensuite, a new king-size bed, soft linens, and oversized pillows. The large shared spaces include a kitchen, laundry, exercise room, and gardens at the front and back. Only the large bedroom and bathroom are private. It’s a peaceful, shared place to work and rest, with a top location that finally gets it right. It’s new and seems likely to get busy quickly.
