Hotel Centro Médico

So-so.

The location is the only good thing here. My room was tiny, the bathroom even worse, the internet was terrible, and I was taken advantage of. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time felt like too much. There are better, cheaper, and safer options nearby, so if you need this location, look elsewhere. One of the cleaning staff kept a product I'd left in the bathroom. When I reported it, they told me only the cleaner had been in there. I asked, “Okay, if it's just me and the cleaning person, then what?” They said anything found is reported and kept. Obviously, that wasn't the case. There isn't even security staff. The employees seem low-value to me, and things would run more efficiently if they worked as a team. If the owner lacks values or doesn't invest in properly selecting staff, he'll ruin the hotel himself. You go there because you need to, and they take advantage of you.

We had to stay here for medical reasons, and it worked well for spending the night. Our room had two beds, one single and one double. Everything was clean and in order, including the bathroom and shower, and the beds were comfortable. The service was very pleasant, and the prices were affordable. I have no complaints.
