Good value, a safe location, and shops nearby. The front desk staff are friendly, and they recognize regular guests. The bedding is fresh and clean, and there's cable TV.

4/10
It's reasonably priced, very clean, and the people are nice. I like the easy access to trains and buses. There's a lot of street noise, though, which is what you'd expect in a city center.

2/10
It looks nice outside, but inside it was horrible. The sheets and bathroom were dirty, and the walls are too thin. It didn't feel set up for tourists, more like a hotel de paso.

The refurbished rooms are okay. The ones that haven't been redone are really ugly.

A very reasonably priced hotel in downtown Guadalajara.
