We chose this place for its location, but I wouldn't stay here again. We and several other guests have been stuck in the parking garage for two hours and counting, unable to leave because the reception didn't have the keys to move the vehicle blocking us in. As I'm writing this, we're still waiting for a tow truck. Spend a few more bucks and stay at the Riu down the road.

I booked a month ago, but when I arrived to check in today, I found out my reservation had been canceled without any notice or reason. The front desk guy was pretty useless, and I had to find another hotel at the last minute.

Good people and a nice hotel. You get what you pay for.

The parking is a serious problem. You have to get there early for a space, or leave your car on the street, and they take no responsibility for it. The facilities also leave a lot to be desired and don't match the service quality you'd expect. Staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. They really need to improve both the facilities and customer service. If you're coming by car or want to enjoy time outdoors, this is a TERRIBLE experience!
