The children's playground is enjoyable and feels safe, and the gardens are kept in good shape. The place is consistently clean, with controlled access for security. There are lots of services nearby, and the Macrobus stop connects easily to the city's public transport.

We've visited our friend at his apartment in Punta San Francisco several times. The place itself is beautiful, but the elevator keeps breaking down, and apparently the other tower has no working elevator either. Our friend says people have even been trapped inside, along with other problems that still haven't been dealt with. We've gone up the stairs because the elevator wasn't working, and nothing has changed despite speaking with him about it. We had considered buying an apartment here, but this has put us off. Such a shame, it seems really unreliable.

I was there with my family yesterday, and months after the apartments were handed over, the elevator still wasn't working. A serious accident nearly happened, and we had to call 911 while neighbors helped each other. The workers don't seem trained to fix the problem. The real estate company hasn't responded, and deleting comments isn't a solution.

The apartment I bought in PUNTA SAN FRANCISCO is really nice, including the finishes. But the elevator was supposed to be delivered in September, and it's still unresolved. They blame the delay on buying it in China and the pandemic, and so far there have only been badly done repairs. I've been stuck in it twice. The construction company's representatives across departments have only lied to me. When I posted a review on their Facebook page, they blocked me. There has been no serious handling of this.
