It's an old-style hotel with a bed, shower, and TV, just right if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The area is quiet, away from traffic noise and shopping, but there's a park across the street with a walking loop for strolling or jogging. Tourist spots are about a three-block walk away. It's cheaper than other hotels in town. Just keep in mind it's a basic place for sleeping and showering, not luxury.

After about thirty minutes, she finally agreed to refund us. The older woman at the front desk had been rude to our family from the moment we arrived, giving us a look and repeatedly counting us as though she thought we were lying about our group size. As we went up and down the stairs, she kept coming over with excuses, including that kids weren't free and had to pay full price. We got fed up and tried to cancel, but she refused and said she'd charge us extra. We showed her the website's 24-hour cancellation policy, but she didn't believe us, even when other people agreed with us.

The customer service was amazing, though the room felt dirty, and I'm hoping I just got a bad one with a lazy maid. The location was odd, there's no parking, and it felt overpriced for what it is. I've stayed in better hotels for half the price.
