The manager, Alberto, has no customer service skills. I've stayed at other hotels, and his treatment was very rude. He acts like he owns the hotel and is doing you a favor. They also refuse to give receipts.

The hotel's actual name is REFORMA. There's a loud dive bar across the street, playing music all night so it's impossible to sleep. The facilities are awful, old, and full of flies.

Right in the historic center, this is an excellent place to stay. Miss Naomi was so kind and friendly, and Mr. Albertano showed us all the important spots in the historic center. 100% recommended.

A terrible stay: the window wouldn't close, the mattress creaked, and the internet didn't work in the upstairs rooms. There was no hot water, and the shower didn't work either, water only came out of the taps.
