The airport shuttle made getting there easy, and we slept really well in the comfortable beds. The room was very clean and felt like being in the U.S. Great stay!

My sister Susana had stayed here before and liked it so much that she booked it for our trip to my aunt's 86th birthday, which was miles outside Hermosillo and meant backtracking to get there. She was right to pick it. I used to think one hotel was pretty much like another, but this stay changed my mind. We were here in February, and the staff were warm, professional, and went further than I expected. It felt like family had welcomed us. The room was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. This is where I'll stay on future trips to Hermosillo. I highly recommend it. Mil Gracias y Bendiciones.

The rooms are roomy and very clean, and the price is quite competitive. The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle every half hour. The staff at both check-in and checkout were really friendly. I'd happily stay again.

We came twice, for two nights on separate dates, and both stays were great. Staff generally speak English well and clearly try hard to give good service. For an airport hotel, the rooms were especially comfortable and clean, with an amazing bed, sheets, and pillows. I liked that the pillows were marked soft or firm. The shower had strong water pressure, and the temperature controls worked really well. The outdoor pool was clean, though the water was still a little cold in early May. The hallways and elevators were spotless, and the common areas had nice styling and comfortable furniture. The free shuttle takes about five minutes to the airport. There's also a good restaurant at the hotel, which I reviewed separately. One of my favorite airport stays, highly recommend.
