Rinconada Los Robles

The grounds are beautiful, with green spaces and nice lighting after dark, and the service was very friendly. My cabin was spacious enough for six, with three beds, a balcony, and a porch. The beds were comfortable too. It's a great lodging option very close to Huasca, and I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the place. The staff were so friendly and attentive with us.

The cabin was clean and in good shape, and the stay itself was pleasant. But at checkout they said a towel was missing. We knew we hadn't taken one, and wouldn't have taken anything, so we disagreed. They said we could look, but by then the towels had already been taken. When we brought it up with the housekeeper, she rudely said she knew how many towels there were and told us to check the cabin. We didn't argue because we were certain we hadn't taken one, and they weren't even good quality towels that we'd want. We paid the $250, though we could easily have bought one at Walmart. I don't know what the housekeepers think, but the whole thing was unpleasant, and we had to pay extra. We've stayed at Torre del Conde, Hotel Santa Cecilia, Sierra Verde, and Quinta Esencia without ever having an experience like this. If you stay here, check the cabin thoroughly before you go in so you don't get treated this way. 😭

The cabins for six are spacious and very comfortable, and I liked how they're arranged. The hotel is lovely, and it's a good-value accommodation option. I'd highly recommend it.
