Beautiful views and an awesome place. It's sunny and warm all the time, and the pool is warm too. The beach and restaurant are only a few minutes away. There are two large pools. Just amazing.

These are condos, and some owners rent theirs out. It's quiet, with a supervised gate around the clock and secure parking. The two swimming pools are gorgeous and clean. Right beside mirador, with great Pacific views.

We stayed at our friends' place in Punta Arrocito for the last two weeks of October, before most of the owners arrive. We practically had the place to ourselves, and it was simply amazing. The locals are friendly, and there are lots of inexpensive tours if you book with them. One of the most amazing holidays I've ever had. Don't think about it, just go!
