We had everything we could need during our two weeks at Casa Nueva Esperanza, and had a wonderful time. The bed was comfy, the views were great, and local restaurants and convenience stores are an easy walk away. Even with all that nearby, at night we could only hear the waves crashing. The wifi was great too.

The back yard ends at a cliff, with waves crashing below, and the view and sound were beautiful. Patio doors from two rooms open onto it, and it was lovely to listen to at night when we had the AC off. The house worked really well for our family of five adults and two children, who stayed in March 2016. It had a kitchen, washing machine, and everything we needed. There are quite a few steps to climb to reach the house, but it’s amazing once you’re there. The third bedroom got quite warm, so I’d ask for an air conditioner in that room. When the internet gave us trouble, someone came within minutes after we called to fix it, and they were just as quick when we needed more water. There’s a nice parking spot, and a store nearby with groceries and other things you might need. My husband and I rented a scooter for about $185 for 7 days, or $450 pesos per day, and we also got a golf cart for the grandkids. Overall, a great place.
