Do not stay here. The pool looked neglected, and the rooms had cockroaches and bed bugs. The parking is just a small space off to one side, like leaving your car on the street. The hotel also looks nothing like the photos, and it sits above Domino’s pizza. GPS will definitely get you lost.
The noise was unbearable, with a huge disco and loud speakers pumping away next door. They offered me earplugs and another noisy room, so I refused and left. Maybe it’s a nice hotel if you don’t need to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
It’s a small hotel, but the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have AC. The location is really convenient, near popular restaurants, a plaza, and several stores. The internet connection is weak and tends to be unstable.
I felt well looked after by a very professional crew. I’d gladly recommend the place and come back whenever I’m in Ixtapa! 😌
The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s clean, right in the center of town, and easy to get around from here.
