The facilities were clean, but really outdated and rundown. This place is very family-focused, so it’s not great for childfree adults if you don’t want to listen to poolside entertainment. The all-you-can-eat setup is pretty restrictive, both in when you can get food and how much you can order, and the quality is just okay. Staff speak little English, which made things harder as a foreigner. I found the women much friendlier than the men, except for Armando at the pool bar. Late checkout costs 1400 pesos even if you leave the room and only stay three extra hours, basically half of what we paid for 24 hours here. You really get what you pay for.

There was loads to do, from cycling and kayaking to snorkeling, plus play areas with pool and foosball. The food was amazing, the entertainment was great, and there was dancing to good music and foam parties in the pool. The adult pool with its swim-up bar was great too. Service was amazing, the facilities were great, and the place was always clean and well run. Alejandra’s massages were amazing, though they cost extra.

It’s more like staying in villas, with an outdoor feel. The price was perfect for the location and what’s offered, and the service was amazing all around. I totally recommend it.

I had a terrible stay here. The room had no hot water, so every shower was cold, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. I complained several times, but nothing was fixed. The food made me sick, and I ended up with food poisoning, which ruined my trip. This hotel missed even the basics, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location was pretty nice, but that was about all I liked. The food was mediocre at best, and the room was pretty bad: the phone didn’t work at all and the bathroom light was out. Front desk staff were rude. They didn’t believe my cousin was 15, even after we showed her birth certificate. Definitely not coming back.
