Watching the sunrise with a good coffee was a treat. From the floating bed, the views of Ixtapan de la Sal, the countryside, and the night sky are incredible. A new experience unlocked! The service was excellent.

It’s an excellent place, really close to the water park. I drove there the first time, but I won’t have a car next time. Is there public transportation to Ixtapan water park?

It’s so peaceful and a lovely place to get out of the city. We enjoyed the wonderful view, and the staff always took care of what we needed. Highly recommended for relaxing.

The views are spectacular, the Wi-Fi is great, and there’s parking. Staff were very friendly and quick to answer questions or help with requests. We stayed in the Arrebol room, which is small. The bathroom is tiny and has no door, and although there’s a coffee table, there aren’t shelves for your things. The eco-friendly setup was the biggest surprise and disappointment: the shower flow is restricted so barely any water comes out, and the hot water is lukewarm at best. You also have to use the toiletries they provide instead of your own shampoo, soap, or other products. Still, it’s definitely a great place to stay.
