It’s really quiet here, which makes it a nice place to stay. With the hot weather, though, an ice room would be a welcome addition.

They asked us for 200 pesos for washing the towels, after expecting us to return them clean. The TVs also meant going to the front desk two or three times before anyone could get them turned on. The furniture was old and neglected, and the service was terrible. The photos look great, but what we found was quite different. We won’t be returning to that hotel.

We had a horrible night because guests were getting bites from ticks, bedbugs, and fleas. There’s no parking, and the receptionists were awful. The hotel was incredibly noisy, the pool never worked, and the air conditioning didn’t work either. I had to chase the cleaning staff to get the room cleaned, and even the TV remotes didn’t work. Completely disappointed.
