There were a lot of complaints from our wedding party, and I wouldn't return unless they renovate. The place has really gone downhill. Our shower wouldn't drain, prices were raised on us, and they even charged us for drinking our own bottle of liquor because we hadn't bought it there. Lots of little problems add up. It could be incredible if they looked after it.

Getting there is the one big problem: the road on the property is awful, a real nightmare, and needs fixing. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, just what we expected. The staff are lovely, helpful, and always ready to assist. I definitely recommend it, so please repair that road.

Rosy is an excellent hostess and a great example for both her coworkers and guests. Sadly, the hotel has several maintenance problems. I hope they can get back to the high standard of service they used to have.

A fantastic way to get a glimpse of an original hacienda. It's an amazing place, and the brilliant comedy actor Cantinflas used to own it.
