After a long journey, this place felt like a beacon of hope, and it looked just like the pictures. The pool was wonderful to soak in on a hot day, and the courtyard was cute, with flowers and manicured palms. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and even gave us a coupon for a local restaurant. Breakfast and coffee were included. The rooms are definitely small, though comfortable, and the hotel is somewhat far from the action. I appreciated that during a large festival nearby. It’s a super exciting town, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

The service and maintenance were horrible. The kitchen and cleaning staff seemed understaffed. We reported that the toilet in our room was broken, and they charged us $2000 for their broken toilet. When we tried to appeal to management, he ignored our calls. There were spiders floating at the bottom of the pool. Dining service was extremely slow, although the food was good. It’s unfortunate that guests have to pay for the hotel’s lack of maintenance!

I’d give this hotel 3⭐️. It’s not my best rating. They didn’t offer food or complimentary drinks, and I really wished they had morning coffee or breakfast. The staff were good, though very timid lol. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for a night or two if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep. The rooms are decent, with A/C and wifi, and with it being 38 degrees today, I’m loving the AC right now. The town is 10 min away depending on how fast you walk. It has a great history and lots of yellow 😁

You can hear your neighbor very clearly, so it gets noisy. The hotel itself is beautiful, though the shower had some old soap marks on the walls.

I had a great time by the pool. It’s a lovely, spacious place, and my room was clean. The rate was great too, so five stars from me.
