Hotel Jimenez Plaza

The beds were uncomfortably hard, and I could barely rest. The minibar also cost extra, but never cooled properly. There were four of us in a double room, and when we asked for two more towels, staff refused and said there weren't any and nothing extra was provided. There was just one single towel paper in the room, too. For a hotel presenting itself as one of the best in Cd. Jiménez, that basic lack of hospitality was frustrating and unacceptable.

We had a good night's stay, with clean sheets and a great bathroom stocked with towels. The room had tea and coffee, plus plenty of USB connections for our phones and other devices. The TV only had a few channels, but that was enough for us. It was clean, well decorated, and maintained, and breakfast was good and handy from 6-9:30 am. Customer service was good even though we arrived at midnight. The price was a little high, but I'll stay here again. I became a member after our stay. Absolutely recommended 👌

We stayed one night and left very early, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The service was great, and there was no noise from other rooms. Not many people seemed to be staying during the week. The furniture was outdated, and the room was only somewhat clean. There was a coffee spill stain on the wall that the cleaning people could easily have removed, but it showed how lazy they were. The parking lot is closed off and feels safe, which is great. I'd recommend it if you're on a strict budget.

The rooms were clean and had no odor. The lady at the front desk quickly helped when I asked for a room in the back, and the parking back there is gated and seems secure. My only complaint is the shower water stays hot for about five minutes, so don't plan on several people showering one after another. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors.
