The sheets were dirty, and the rooms don't look like the photos. They charged us more than the prices shown on the banner, and I don't think the place is very nice. For what it is, it feels overpriced.

The room door was aluminum with frosted glass panels, so silhouettes were visible from outside. I didn't feel comfortable there, especially for the price. The owners seem to have little idea about hospitality or customer service. We couldn't sleep because guests kept arriving through the night and repeatedly ringing the bell. There was nobody at reception to help them, and when I went to ask for an invoice, the desk was empty. Since the reception area is unattended and the door stays closed, getting out quickly in a fire or earthquake seems difficult. The mattress sagged badly on one side, and the pillows felt like cheap foam. A water pump started in the early morning and was so loud it seemed to be inside the room. The bathroom was cramped, with the toilet almost against the door when it closed. There was nowhere to put soap except the floor, just one small towel, and a little disposable cup with some liquid soap. There were no windows in either the room or bathroom, so no fresh air or natural light. The TV didn't work, and we weren't given a remote. The AC was also stuck at one very cold setting because we had no remote for it, so we couldn't use it. A noisy fan was there instead. I booked online the day before my trip, expecting the advertised rate to cover the night and day, as it does at other hotels. It turned out that price was only for one night, and staying through the day meant paying double. To avoid the extra charge, I had to leave at 10 am. We arrived around midnight. The reception light was off despite a sign saying "open." After I rang the bell, someone took a while to come. She seemed annoyed and freshly woken, was disheveled and barefoot, and didn't turn on the light. She just accepted payment and gave us the room number. A terrible experience. The rooms are NOT like the photos.
Someone broke into our room while we were staying there and stole our belongings. We told the manager, but he covered for the thief. Be careful.
They wouldn't let me check in early. I was told I had to arrive after 7:00 p.m. to stay the whole night, since rooms are rented by the hour during the day.
Saturday morning was a bit disruptive: construction workers started at 8:00. Reception was helpful when we raised it, and they arranged a solution for the next night. We found the hotel by chance while looking for somewhere for the night. It's relatively new, with very nice, clean rooms, hot water and AC. The prices seemed reasonable for the area, especially for a new place. We'll come back.
