Hotel Express Inn Juchitan

Our room was really spacious, and we paid 700 pesos for 2 people / 1 king bed. Hot water, fantastic water pressure, very clean room, and secure parking. The WiFi wasn't working today. The lot is behind the hotel, with the gate closed at night. There's lots of space once you're in, but a very long or large vehicle might have trouble making the turn into the entrance. It's next to the bus station, where a lot of people were hanging around, presumably waiting for buses. That might make some people uncomfortable, though we had no actual problems and slept quietly. There's a gas station and supermarket close by. Burger King is just down the road if that's your thing.
